Partner Selling Parts With No Consent

Alpha Investigation Services was asked by our client yesterday to do a surveillance on a smash repair shop because he believed that his partner was on selling parts to a certain company with out his knowledge, we did that and during our surveillance there we did in fact observe that the company did arrive and loaded a large amount of parts onto the company truck and proceeded to leave, with the parts on board. We decided to follow the truck to its final destination that was their place of business, we related all the information including video and photo evidence back to our client.
